High Temp (HT) Hot Plate, Max 250°C

The standard Hot Plates runs up to 200°C, and includes a Delrin safety guard, which provides a few advantages:-

• Safety cover for the operator, to minimize accidental contact with a Hot Surface
• Physical shield to the heater elements, to prevent any damage to cables and hot plate.
• Helps to minimize heat loss at the edges

The HT system will run up to 250°C, unfortunately a Delrin surround would be damaged at 250°C, so an Aluminium surround is offered as a barrier.

Stainless Steel Lid

• Cover is 245x245x70mm Hinged at the rear
• 30mm diameter exhaust outlet

Nitrogen Purge

• Stainless Steel 6mm tube with drilled holes for N2 outlet
• Steel Lid also required
• Latch LED switch to Toggle N2 on/off, with solenoid valve
